What we can’t do
We do not operate gambling services, resolve disputes with operators, or handle refund requests. Those issues are between you and the operator under their licence and terms. If you have a complaint about a licensed operator, you can also use the operator's complaints process and, where applicable, an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider listed on the UK Gambling Commission website.
